Clues will be revealed when the event starts.
In the meantime, here's all the information you need to prepare for the event.
Remember every Patrol/team will need a phone with access to the web to access the clues.
Patrols will meet at the plan of the old house in the grey zone. Patrols will be informed about the theft, you may wish to send out some information about Stone Manor and the story for the game to your Scouts beforehand to set the scene. Each patrol will be emailed a order to visit the zones in the week before the event. This will also be published on this page. Please ensure your patrols visit in the order given so we don't have too many Scouts in each area at the same time.
Each Patrol will be assigned a room in the House, they should visit the three zones in their assigned order, and return to their room after completing each zone. Once they have checked in to their room, the Patrol can visit the next zone. Patrols should visit each zone, solve the clues on the zone pages, and use the Evidence sheet to eliminate information and solve the case. Printed Evidence sheets will be provided on the day. Please bring pen/pencils for your Scouts and you may wish to give them a clipboard. The first Patrol to solve all the clues will win the game.
If you have accepted the shared event and have Scouts who have signed up for the Mystery game, they will be on this Google sheet. Team sizes are up to you - I have assumed around 3 or 4 to a team, but how your Scouts arrange themselves is your call. Sign up on OSM, or email Carrie if your troop would like some slots for the game.
